Ihram — Assume the State of Consecrationالإحرام
Wear the Ihram garments (two white unstitched cloths for men; modest clothing for women) at the designated Miqat before entering Mecca. Make your Niyyah (intention) and recite the Talbiyah: "Labbayk Allahumma labbayk…"ارتدِ ملابس الإحرام (ثوبان أبيضان غير مخيطين للرجال، وثياب شرعية للنساء) عند الميقات المحدد قبل دخول مكة. انوِ أداء العمرة ولبِّ: "لبيك اللهم لبيك…"
Tawaf — Circumambulate the Kaabaالطواف حول الكعبة المشرفة
Circle the Kaaba 7 times counterclockwise starting from the Black Stone (Al-Hajar Al-Aswad). Men do Raml (brisk walking) in the first 3 rounds. Recite prayers with each circuit.طُف حول الكعبة المشرفة 7 أشواط عكس اتجاه عقارب الساعة ابتداءً من الحجر الأسود. يرمل الرجال في الأشواط الثلاثة الأولى. أكثر من الذكر والدعاء.
Pray 2 Rak'ahs at Maqam Ibrahimصلاة ركعتين خلف مقام إبراهيم
After completing Tawaf, pray 2 rak'ahs behind Maqam Ibrahim (the station of Ibrahim). If impossible due to crowd, any place in the Masjid is acceptable.بعد الانتهاء من الطواف، صلِّ ركعتين خلف مقام إبراهيم. وإن لم يتيسر ذلك للازدحام، فأيّ موضع من المسجد.
Drink Zamzam Waterشرب ماء زمزم
Drink from the blessed Zamzam well — available in coolers throughout the mosque. Drink standing, face the Qibla, and make du'a after drinking.اشرب من ماء زمزم المبارك المتاح في أرجاء المسجد. يُستحب الشرب وأنت قائم مستقبلاً القبلة، وادعُ بعد الشرب.
Sa'i — Walk between Safa and Marwaالسعي بين الصفا والمروة
Walk 7 times between the hills of Safa and Marwa (1 circuit = Safa to Marwa or vice versa). Commemorate Hajar's search for water. Make du'a at each hill.اسعَ 7 أشواط بين الصفا والمروة (الشوط من الصفا إلى المروة أو العكس). استحضر ذكرى سيدتنا هاجر. ادعُ عند كل جبل.
Halq or Taqsir — Hair Cuttingالحلق أو التقصير
Men shave the head (Halq — preferred) or shorten all hair equally (Taqsir). Women cut a fingertip's length from their hair. This marks the end of Ihram restrictions.يحلق الرجل رأسه كاملاً (الحلق أفضل) أو يقصر من جميع شعره تقصيراً متساوياً. المرأة تأخذ قدر الأنملة من أطراف شعرها. بهذا تحلّ من الإحرام.

Masjid Al-Haramالمسجد الحرام
The largest mosque in the world, surrounding the Kaaba. Center of all Umrah and Hajj rituals. Capacity: 2.5 million worshippers.أكبر مسجد في العالم يحيط بالكعبة المشرفة. مركز جميع مناسك العمرة والحج. طاقة استيعابية: 2.5 مليون مصلٍّ.
مكة MeccaAl-Hajar Al-Aswad (Black Stone)الحجر الأسود
The sacred stone embedded in the eastern corner of the Kaaba. Pilgrims kiss or gesture toward it at the start of each Tawaf circuit.الحجر المقدس في الركن الشرقي للكعبة. يقبّله أو يشير إليه الحجاج في بداية كل شوط من أشواط الطواف.
مكة MeccaWell of Zamzamبئر زمزم
The blessed well that has flowed for over 4,000 years. Water is available in coolers throughout the Haram. A blessed miracle to drink before leaving.البئر المباركة التي تتدفق منذ أكثر من 4000 عام. الماء متاح في أرجاء الحرم. من السُّنة الشرب قبل المغادرة.
مكة MeccaJabal Al-Nour (Cave of Hira)جبل النور — غار حراء
The mountain where Prophet Muhammad ﷺ received the first revelation. The cave is a 30–40 minute hike up. Many pilgrims visit for blessing.الجبل الذي نزل فيه الوحي الأول على النبي محمد ﷺ. الغار على بُعد 30-40 دقيقة صعوداً. يزوره الحجاج تبركاً.

The cave where Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and Abu Bakr ؓ hid during the Hijra. Located south of Mecca — a significant historical landmark.الكهف الذي اختبأ فيه النبي ﷺ وأبو بكر الصديق ؓ أثناء الهجرة. يقع جنوب مكة — معلم تاريخي بالغ الأهمية.

The essential Hajj site where pilgrims stand in supplication on the 9th of Dhul Hijjah. Jabul Al-Rahma (Mount of Mercy) is at the center.الموقف الركني لأداء الحج حيث يقف الحجاج في الدعاء في التاسع من ذي الحجة. جبل الرحمة في وسطه.

The valley where Hajj pilgrims spend days during Hajj. Home of the Jamarat pillars where pilgrims stone the devil. Located between Mecca and Arafat.الوادي الذي يمكث فيه حجاج بيت الله أثناء موسم الحج. مكان جمرات رمي الشيطان. يقع بين مكة وعرفات.

Open plain between Mina and Arafat where Hajj pilgrims spend the night under the open sky after Arafat. Collect pebbles here for Jamarat.سهل منفتح بين منى وعرفات يقضي فيه الحجاج ليلة العاشر تحت النجوم. يُجمع من هنا الحصى لرمي الجمرات.

Al-Masjid Al-Nabawiالمسجد النبوي الشريف
The Prophet's Mosque — second holiest site in Islam. Contains the blessed chamber (Rawdah) — a piece of paradise. Prayer here equals 1,000 prayers elsewhere.ثاني أقدس مساجد الإسلام. يحتضن الروضة الشريفة — رياض من رياض الجنة. الصلاة فيه بألف صلاة.

The sacred area between the Prophet's ﷺ tomb and his pulpit (minbar). Described as a garden of paradise. Pilgrims queue for long hours to pray here.المنطقة الشريفة بين قبر النبي ﷺ ومنبره. وصفها ﷺ بأنها روضة من رياض الجنة. يُصطف لساعات للصلاة فيها.

The first mosque ever built in Islam, founded by the Prophet ﷺ upon his arrival in Medina. Prayer here equals the reward of Umrah.أول مسجد بُني في الإسلام، أسسه النبي ﷺ لما قدم المدينة. الصلاة فيه ركعتين تعدل أجر عمرة.

Site of the Battle of Uhud. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Uhud is a mountain that loves us and we love it." Visit the graves of the martyrs, including Sayyiduna Hamza ؓ.موقع غزوة أُحُد. قال ﷺ: "أُحُد جبل يحبنا ونحبه." زُر قبور الشهداء ومنهم سيدنا حمزة ؓ.

Break in your sandals before travelاجرّب صنادلك قبل السفر
You will walk 8–15 km daily. Wear your Umrah sandals around the house for a week before travel to avoid painful blisters during Tawaf and Sa'i.ستمشي 8–15 كيلومتراً يومياً. ارتدِ صنادلك في البيت لأسبوع قبل السفر لتتجنب الفقاعات المؤلمة.
Hydration is your top priorityالترطيب أولويتك الأولى
The dry heat can be deceptive. Drink at least 3–4 litres of water daily. Use the free Zamzam coolers throughout the Haram constantly. Never wait until you feel thirsty.الحرارة الجافة مخادعة. اشرب على الأقل 3–4 لترات يومياً. استخدم موزعات زمزم المجانية باستمرار. لا تنتظر حتى تشعر بالعطش.
